Scheduling An Appointment
To help us provide timely and efficient care to all of our patients, we kindly request that all visits be scheduled in advance.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment:
- We will make every effort to work you back into the schedule if possible.
- If our schedule does not allow, we may offer you another appointment later the same day.
- Out of courtesy to other families and to maintain the flow of care, we may need to reschedule your appointment for another day.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us serve all patients with the attention and timeliness they deserve.
Appointment Recommend
We highly recommend that all patients schedule an appointment in advance, except in the case of an emergency.
Walk-in patients will be seen after scheduled appointments, based on availability. To help minimize your wait time and ensure timely care, please call ahead to reserve a time that works best for you.
Sick Appointments
We make every effort to schedule appointments for ill children on the day that you call us. Please call our office ahead of time so that we can minimize the time that you will spend waiting.
If you have a medical emergency during office hours, we will do our best to see your child immediately or refer you to the appropriate facility.
Well Appointments
Did you know regular well child visits are one of the most important things you can do to keep your child healthy? Well child visits also provide you with the opportunity to discuss any questions or concerns you may have about your child’s health.
Your child should have a well child visit at the intervals listed below. We recommend that you call our office 3 months in advance to schedule an appointment with your child's primary care provider on the date that best fits your needs.
Non-Emergency Walk-Ins
Patients who walk in with a non-emergency condition will be accommodated as the schedule allows. While we encourage scheduled appointments to ensure timely care, we understand that unexpected issues arise.
Our mission is to provide accessible, high-quality care and help families avoid unnecessary visits to the emergency room or urgent care whenever possible. If you need same-day care, we encourage you to call ahead so we can better prepare to serve your child promptly.
