  • What is the iCare Wellness Plan?

    The iCare Wellness Plan is an in-house membership program that provides affordable pediatric care for families who want consistent access to their child’s doctor without the high cost of traditional insurance.

  • Is the iCare Wellness Plan health insurance?

    No. This is not an insurance plan. It is a direct membership program valid only at iCare Pediatrics. It does not cover services or providers outside of our clinic.

  • How much does it cost to join?

    There is a one-time enrollment fee of $150 per child and a $50 monthly membership fee for the first child. Each additional child is $40/month.

  • Is there a discount for families with more than one child?

    Yes. Families enrolling more than one child will pay $50/month for the first child and $40/month for each additional child.

  • What services are included?

    Your child receives:


    Unlimited well visits / annual checkups


    Up to 2 sick visits each month


    Additional sick visits at $75 each


    Vaccines at $14.75 each


    15% discount on additional in-clinic tests and procedures

  • What if my child needs more than 2 sick visits in a month?

    Any additional sick visits are billed at $75 each.

  • Can I use the plan at other clinics or hospitals?

    No. The plan is designed to cover care at iCare Pediatrics only. Services outside our clinic (such as hospital visits, referrals, or imaging) will be billed separately.

  • When do payments start?

    Your enrollment fee must be paid at sign-up. Your first monthly membership payment will begin the following month. Services under the plan begin after the enrollment fee is paid.

  • How do I sign up?

    Simply click the “Join Now” button on our website, complete the enrollment form, and your child’s coverage will start immediately after payment of the enrollment fee.

  • Can I cancel anytime?

    Yes. You may cancel your membership with written notice. Please note that enrollment fees are non-refundable.
